The service at the restaurant was great. The staff was very attentive, ensuring our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. They went above and beyond by taking a photo of us in front of their vibrant neon sign, adding a personal touch that made our visit even more special. We absolutely loved the lobster potstickers, which were perfectly crisp on the outside and filled with lobster, scallions and shrimp, bursting with flavor. However, I found the vegetable noodles a bit too greasy for my liking. In hindsight, I think I would have preferred the dan dan noodles, which I've heard come with a deliciously spicy kick. Their hot sauce was more spicy oil rather than the standard chili flakes, sadly. Both of my little ones enjoyed their meals as well. One savored the rich and hearty beef noodle soup, while the other was quite pleased with the Mongolian beef, which was tender and flavorful. As we perused the decor, we noticed a mention of a mac n cheese option on the wall, though it didn't appear on the menu. It piqued our interest, and we hope to try it on a future visit. The restaurant itself is small but exudes a charming, cozy ambiance that makes it feel like a hidden gem. The string beans were a standout dish, cooked to perfection with a delightful crunch and seasoned just right. Of course, no visit would be complete without trying the xiao long bao. We ordered two servings, and they arrived at our table steaming hot. Each bite was a delightful combination of delicate dough and flavorful broth, making them an absolute must-try for anyone dining here. Overall, the restaurant provided a fun experience with attentive service, comforting dishes, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We left with satisfied palates and a list of dishes we can't wait to try next time.

Love that such an authentic restaurant with some of my favorite dishes has come within convenient distance of our usual routine, making it tempting not to frequent!

We went on a Saturday night for dinner and were able to find seating right away even though there are like 6-7 small tables only at this location. Parking was not easy but could be cause of weekend night. The service was decent. Prices are not super high like other places which I appreciated. They charged 20% tip automatically for table of 6. Food was overall good, here's what worked and what didn't : - green beans, pork soup dumplings, chicken truffle mushroom dumplings. Both the dumplings were flavorful. However I could not taste any mushroom truffle in the chicken dumplings. Green beans were crunchy and tasty! Definitely get that. - fried rice, Dan Dan noodles, tea and veggie dumplings. Flavors were bland in these dishes and had to use lot of chilli oil to elevate them. Tea just felt like hot water with essence of tea. As we got to the bottom of the pot, it tasted better. Dan Dan noodles pork was not marinated well.

United Dumplings is the perfect takeaway lunch spot for my daughter at Marina Middle School. The service is fast, attentive, and friendly. The Dan Dan noodles never miss--packed with great flavor--and the takeaway setup keeps everything dry until you're ready to mix it up. Quick, satisfying, and always delicious! Bonus, my daughter loved the Dan Dan noodles. She said their were delicious multiple times.

Came here 8:30pm on a Wednesday and was basically the last set of customers to come in. It was about time for their last call but they were still very nice and didn't rush us a whole lot. The interior was small and cozy with some framed articles and photos on the wall. The "In Dumplings We Trust" sign was also pretty cute. The food came super fast after we placed our order. Since they're literally called United Dumplings obviously we had to order dumplings. And having grandma in the name just makes it feel like their signature dish so we went for the Grandma's Pork Dumplings. We also got some Chinese Broccoli with Garlic Sauce and the Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles. I don't think I've seen crushed peanuts as a topping for Dan Dan Noodles before but it added a nice texture and flavor and we really liked it!

Got some good ass dumplings at this place in the Marina District. It has a location close to the Fillmore. United Dumplings is pretty authentic stuff. Has mostly these but there's some other things on the menu. The prices may be kind of high but it helps they stuff a lot into these. Best thing to get here are the dumplings of course. It's got lots to choose from. There's quite a few that are vegetarian. Classy presentation even though it's casual. It's about $10 for a plate. As for our order we got the Vegetarian Dumplings. These are filled with baby bok choy, mushrooms, and tofu meat. Came with a couple pepper slices on it. The dumplings were tender and not hard and overcooked. Has dumplings and lots more. It's not a big restaurant but there's enough tables most times. There's a few options for vegans and vegetarians.
